Ruby made it back around 9, safe and sound! Thank you for all your prayers 💕
Her esophagus was a bit swollen so they did a steroid injection in the affected areas to help with that and had noticed some improvement in an area that seemed a bit off before. No sign of inflammation through her trachea that would explain the fevers, which is good. Overall it went smoothly and she is looking good.
The plan for today will be to get her awake again and get her back to where she was yesterday for vent settings in the next 24 hours. May try a little bottle feed to see how she does with that once she's awake.
